Letters of Intent for the Elsa Sule Foundation are due March 1. The purpose of the Foundation is to provide grants to nonprofit organizations within the areas of education and scholarships, health wellness and scientific research, welfare of children, sports, fine and performing arts, animal welfare and environmental and community stewardship in the Greater Cincinnati Tri-state area. The Spirit of Construction Foundation supports outreach initiatives that seek to engage young people in construction careers. Over the past 5 years (in addition to scholarship funding), the SOC Foundation has contributed over $760,000 towards outreach and $1.2 Million since its founding. The initiatives have a construction component to them and are geared for the most part towards middle school and high school youth. Deadline Feb. 17. Congrats to OneSource Center collaborating partner Cincinnati Cares/Inspiring Service on its recent growth in helping organizations grow their impact through increased volunteerism, and spreading this vision to 50 cities across the country.
