Getting Started

Contact us to learn if your furniture or excess inventory can be used by local organizations. You can call us at 513-554-4944 or fill out the form below. Photos are helpful. If your donation is something that we can accept, we will schedule a time to pick up your company’s donation and provide you with a receipt.

Thank you for considering OneSource for your donation. Your donation helps over 300 charitable organizations in the Cincinnati area fulfill their mission to help those in need. OneSource offers a free pickup service for your gently used office furniture. Our employees are professional and courteous. Our 26’ box truck is equipped with a lift gate, ramp and all the tools necessary to make the donation pickup seamless.

Please be aware that items donated must be in good, usable condition. Our staff will assess each donation and can only take items that we will be able to place with the non-profits we serve. We may not be able to take all of the items offered due to condition and/or space and time limitations. If there are items remaining that OneSource can’t accept we may be able to offer discounted services from a partner company to further assist with disposition.

OneSource employees are not permitted to move items up or down stairs nor move items that aren’t being donated. Please make sure all items are removed from tops of desks and all drawers are empty. Please provide the following information so we can get your donation scheduled.
