Furniture Bank

The OneSource Furniture Bank keeps hundreds of area nonprofits working efficiently and looking smart. Our warehouse is stocked with gently used office furnishings – desks and chairs, reception furniture, conference room tables and more. You can put it to work in your office, at very little cost.

Make a Good Impression

When people visit your agency, your furniture is one of the first things they notice. If yours is shabby, stained or broken, it can send the wrong message. An updated, functional office helps keep you and your staff productive and focused. More importantly, it offers an attractive, inviting environment to welcome your clients.

How It Works

Generous local companies donate gently used or new furniture available to you for a small administrative fee which helps cover our costs. Shopping at our Furniture Bank keeps your expenses low so you can spend your funds where they’re needed most – to further your mission.

To Shop

The Furniture Bank is open to nonprofit agencies with a business location (no personal residences).

There are two ways to shop:

Warehouse Shoppers Club allows you to shop Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shoppers Club members also receive discounts on OneSource training and consulting services, free decor rental, and expedited service. Apply for a Shoppers Club Membership.

Nonprofits who are not Shoppers Club members can shop monthly on the last Wednesday of the month. Additional time will be required to verify nonprofit status and complete necessary paperwork.

Did You Know?

ReSource, one of the predecessors of OneSource, opened our original furniture warehouse in 1986. The program was the brainchild of ReSource founder Robert Castellini and the board of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation. By repurposing furniture and other items, over 170 tons of useful material is diverted from landfills each year!
