Increasing insurance costs are a concern for nonprofits locally and nationwide.  OneSource Center and Leadership Council are working together to investigate options for more affordable health insurance plans for regional nonprofit agencies. The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has released the new “Know Your Rights” poster which replaces the previous “EEO is the Law” poster. While employers are required to post the notice describing federal employment discrimination laws, you do not need to order expensive posters!  Just  download the “Know Your Rights” notice here and post it in your office.
