2021 “Celebration of Partners” Recognizes Collaboration & Support for Region’s Nonprofits

Friends, sponsors, supporters and volunteers joyfully gathered on Thursday, September 2 for OneSource Center’s “A Celebration of Partners” event – recognizing the collaborative partnerships instrumental in supporting our community’s nonprofits. Held at the newly opened The Andrew J Brady ICON Music Center, guests experienced tours, cocktails and delectable bites and experienced programming that highlighted the work of Collaborating Nonprofit Partner Award honorees. The program, guided by Emcee Kathy Wade, CEO of Learning Through Art, recognized these award winners:

Nonprofit Partner Award: Champions of Local Arts
Cincinnati Music Accelerator, PAR-Projects, Revolution Dance Theatre
Corporate Partner Award: Deloitte
Founder’s Awards: Mark Luegering and David Wallace

The program for the evening highlighted three nonprofit partners that embrace and encourage performing artists calling Cincinnati home. Their combined story is yet one more example showing how the ripple effect of collaboration and connections between funders, corporations and nonprofits work together for community good. Through word of mouth referrals, all three organizations worked with OneSource Center, ArtsWave and IDEA Schools to obtain $60,000 in stage and production equipment through the decommissioning of a local college. Because of OneSource Center’s relationships, items destined for the landfill found a new home and are now benefiting the community.

Evening highlights included performances through the Cincinnati Music Accelerator, artistic displays by PAR-Projects and an engaging dance production by Revolution Dance Theatre.

Thank you to OneSource Center sponsors, donors and friends who made this magical event possible.
