Training: An Investment in People

News and Events, OneSource Center News

$25 and 4 hours can really pay off. This is the cost for just one way to reap rewards in employee satisfaction and retention, not to mention increasing staff skills. Investing in training and development opportunities is an effective way to boost employee satisfaction and retention. Providing employees with opportunities to increase knowledge and develop skills makes them feel valued. It gives them a sense of being recognized for their potential, a sense of being invested in. Remember to include funding for training in your 2020 budget – it will be a great investment! OneSource Center offers several cost effective training programs. Additional training opportunities from our partners are all included on this central nonprofit training calendar.
