Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio provides free legal assistance to community-based nonprofits that serve low- income or disadvantaged individuals. They match eligible nonprofits with a volunteer lawyer who can assist with business law matters.

Cincinnati ToolBank offers a tool and equipment lending program. Not-for-profit organizations have access to the ToolBank’s inventory of tools and equipment for a nominal fee. ToolBank tools are only available to not-for- profits.
