This two-session workshop introduces participants to the basics of project management, helping them understand the differences between projects, programs, and portfolios and why organizations use structured approaches to complete their work. Participants will discover how good project management helps both workers and companies by making better use of resources, improving communication with stakeholders, and increasing the chances that projects will succeed.
The second session focuses on practical application of techniques and tools for each participant’s organization. They will leave equipped with the skills necessary to introduce new methods that work well with their company’s existing culture and operations.
