Moves management, a concept developed by David Dunlop, former Cornell University senior development officer, is described as “changing people’s attitudes so that they want to give.” While we may all be familiar with this concept, it takes practice and time to truly understand and effectively carry out each step. In this session we will be joined by Betsy Rubinstein, Development Director for Habitat for Humanity Chicago, who will recognize and describe the five phases of major donor moves management, as well as identify takeaways that can be implemented at your organization.
