We will be joined by local area nonprofit leaders to share their experiences and thoughts on some of these topics:

- How they will use the data in this survey to develop performance-based compensation
Jeff Lucas with Employers Resource Association (ERA), will review the 2022 results and provide key takeaways and themes from the survey. This survey was completed by hundreds of local nonprofits, which results in a valuable tool used to guide nonprofit human capital management strategies.
