The session will encourage grant professionals to develop organizational methods to steward current funders and how to build relationships with funders before the grant is even submitted. Additionally, we will cover personalized ways to maintain relationships with funders after the award has been given. Ideas include specialized reports (even if the funder does not require a report), photographs, and in-person visits. This will include tangible examples from real-life experiences.
