Appreciating your employees! Often, recognition and appreciation are terms used interchangeably; however, they are different concepts with different focuses. This presentation will explore how appreciating employees differs from recognition and how it can help retain staff. The five languages of appreciation will be discussed and practical tips for no-cost or low-cost appreciation techniques will be shared.
