Let’s discussways to increase board involvement in fundraising and to create a culture ofphilanthropy in your organization. You’ll learn specific strategies forincreasing the board members’ own giving and helping them reach out to othersfor support, and try out an exercise you can use to get your board thinkingabout prospective donors.
