If you are a new manager (under 4 years of experience)looking to strengthen your leadership and management skills, ADVANCE is theplace to do it!  Limited to 20participants, the training consists of professional presentations, interactivediscussions, experiential learning, role playing, small group interactions, anda participant project.  Sponsored by theNonprofit Leadership Institute of Greater Cincinnati in collaboration withTalbert House and OneSource Center, the ADVANCE training consists of six 3-hoursessions, one session every other week.
