Embark on a journey of self-discovery this year and become a leader of change through the Cincinnati Regional Chamber‘s “Building Cultural Competence” leadership development program. The sessions equip attendees with the skills to build bridges across the cultural, political, and social divides in our region and nation. Participants will widen their perspectives and deepen their understanding of others and themselves, helping them grow into a more effective leader capable of embracing difference as a competitive advantage and leading a cultural shift within your organization.
