The Deaconess Foundation will award grants to provide access to primary care services to underserved and at-risk populations. This may include an expansion of current programs or the addition of new initiatives. Eligible nonprofit organizations must be based in Butler, Clermont, Hamiton or Warren counties in Ohio; Boone, Campbell or Kenton counties in Kentucky; or Dearborn County in Indiana.
