Cincinnati City Council has allocated a portion of the General Fund to support human services programs and initiatives vital to the City’s health and well-being. The purpose of the Human Services Fund (HSF) is to leverage, develop, and expand proven strategies to accelerate progress toward achieving community goals.
For the upcoming 2026 funding cycle, Council aims to address specific City-wide challenges through the HSF. By collaborating with local organizations, the City plans to use data and analytics to gain insights into disparities related to Human Services funding and service delivery. This approach will help implement effective programs and achieve better outcomes for residents.
Through these targeted initiatives, the City seeks to partner with local organizations to utilize their data and deepen the understanding of the issues Cincinnati residents face. By setting clear, measurable priorities and drawing on City leadership and departmental resources, we can work together to build a stronger, healthier City.
