Cincinnati City Council has allocated a portion of the General Fund to support human services programs and initiatives vital to the City’s health and well-being. The purpose of the Human Services Fund (HSF) is to leverage, develop, and expand proven strategies to accelerate progress toward achieving community goals.

For the upcoming 2026 funding cycle, Council aims to address specific City-wide challenges through the HSF.
