Roundtable discussion. Attendees will have the chance to network, brainstorm, idea bounce, and connect with other volunteer professionals on best practices, questions, and discussion surrounding how the pandemic has affected this work. Attendees will be split into breakout rooms to discuss topics like volunteer recognition, data collection, motivation fatigue, recruitment, and various other aspects of volunteer engagement.  More information here.
