Does your agency support people impacted by COVID-19? OneSource Center has received grant funding to support individuals and families who have been adversely affected, and has established the OneSource Center Common Good Voucher Program to utilize these funds. Free vouchers for furniture and products in our warehouse will be distributed in $25 increments to OneSource Center member agencies for use by their clients. Multiple vouchers can be combined for larger purchases. An agency representative should accompany their client(s) when shopping.

Don’t delay! Vouchers must be requested before November 10 and used by December 31, 2020.

To request free vouchers, please review and complete the OneSource Center Common Good Voucher Program registration form, available on our website.  Return the completed voucher as an attachment to BYantek@OneSourceCtr.org or mail it to OneSource Center, 936 Dalton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.  Call with any questions! 513-554-4944
