The City of Cincinnati and Greater Cincinnati Foundation are pleased to provide the Boots on the Ground Fund program in our continued efforts to strengthen the capacity of small, community-based organizations driving change in our city. Through partnership and generous support from Interact for Health and additional funders, grant requests for up to $25,000 will be considered for small, grassroots organizations that demonstrate the involvement of community members in their decision-making and give voice to those directly impacted by issues.

The funding focus areas are housing, food and healthcare access, gun violence prevention, workforce and youth development, mental health, and substance use services.
