Judy Beaudry
Judy is an award-winning Media, Marketing and Communications executive. She spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble developing expertise in Media Planning and Buying, Advertising and Brand Marketing, culminating as Associate Director. Next up, she served as Vice-President, Marketing Services and Officer of the U.S. Executive Team at Kao, a top 10 global beauty/consumer goods company. Today she operates as a business consultant, and provides leadership development and skills training to executives and staff of nonprofit organizations through The OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence and the NLI. Judy’s skill sets include brand building, marketing, communication, organization and team development, knowledge creation, training, leadership development, and business process improvement. Along with Dave Wallace, Judy co-leads the EXCEL program.
Dave Wallace
During and after his career as an attorney with the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Dave has had a long history of involvement in the Greater Cincinnati civic and nonprofit communities. He has served as board chair for Beech Acres Parenting Center, OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Executive Service Corp of Cincinnati, PreventionFIRST!, Madeira Parks and Recreation Board, Madeira Senior Commission, Kids Voting of SW Ohio, and First Unitarian Church. He provides expertise in board development, governance, and legal matters to nonprofit agencies. Dave has received a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, and is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati Class 39. Along with Judy Beaudry, Dave co-leads the EXCEL program.
Jeff Gushin
Jeff is a clinical psychotherapist with employment experience spanning both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Prior to his retirement from TriHealth, he provided consultation, training, and coaching to leaders and managers in various workplaces, including for-profit, nonprofit, and municipal organizations. Additionally, he provided supervisor training and assessments to meet the requirements of the Federal Department of Transportation and the State of Ohio’s BWC Drug-Free Training Program. Before joining TriHealth, Jeff served as the Executive Director of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Association of Cincinnati and was a member of the counseling staff at Jewish Family Service. Jeff is a co-coordinator of coaches for the EXCEL program.
Lisa Kappesser
Lisa is an experienced career and executive coach. She was the founder and president of EQ Coaching Solutions LLC, which provided career and executive coaching as well as leadership development training. Lisa partnered with organizations to identify their talent management needs and created solutions to empower leaders to excel. Lisa’s area of expertise has been in the area of emotional intelligence and has provided training for professionals and leaders across many industries for over twenty-five years. She authored the book: The Smart New Way to Get Hired: Use Your Emotional Intelligence to Land the Right Job. Lisa was also an adjunct professor at the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. Currently, she serves as a One Source volunteer consultant and will be the new Coach Coordinator for the upcoming EXCEL 2024-25 Program.
Sheri Vogel
Sheri is an experienced healthcare and nonprofit executive and consultant, with more than 30 years’ experience in the field. She is Talent Management Advisor with the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati and a Certified executive coach. Formerly, she was Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at the Visiting Nurse Association and Director of Quality/Transitions of Care with the Health Collaborative. Sheri’s skills encompass strategic planning, collaborations, and program implementation. Sheri is skilled in training, organizational change, strategic planning, change facilitation, coaching and team building. Previously the Co‑Director of the Freestore Foodbank Leadership Institute where she also served as a coach for the program. Sheri is a co-coordinator of coaches for the EXCEL program.

Judy Beaudry

She has also had various other leadership roles, including Associate Director in Marketing, Global Strategy and in Media, at Procter & Gamble. Judy’s skill sets include brand building and marketing, organization and team development, digital and social media marketing, crisis communication strategies, leadership development, knowledge creation, training, and business process improvement. Judy’s has shared her skills in various volunteer roles with several nonprofit organizations. Judy also co-leads NLI’s EXCEL program.
Joan Erhardt
Joan is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience in financial services, manufacturing and logistics, and non-profit management. She has expertise in program and project management, change management, training and development, organizational design and development, leadership development, team development, and facilitation. Joan most recently worked as VP, Senior Strategic Program Manager at Fifth Third Bank, leading cross functional teams that drove strategic initiatives and transformational change. Joan has also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant providing consulting, facilitation, and project management in areas such as strategic planning, human resource planning, and leadership development.
Nichole Sims
Nichole is the owner of Bold Career Consulting, LLC. and a 22-year full-cycle high volume recruiting expert. Nichole has a heart for developing career-based training through speaking, workshops, and coaching. As a Career Strategist, Nichole trains companies to build strong teams and equips clients with strategies to find, secure, or advance in their careers. Her expertise is captured in her program, Career Quest, and its accompanying workbook. Nichole has 8 years of experience with The University of Cincinnati. She also designed workshops for Citi Camp (sponsored by Cincinnati Police Department) and the leadership development cohort by Empower Gen Now. Nichole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Toledo.

Vickie Ciotti
Vickie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in all aspects of nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and possesses strong collaborative, organizational and financial skills. She has a broad range of of experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as Vice President of Consulting Services for OneSource Center, Executive Director of the Civic Garden Center, and Director of the Wyoming Youth Services Bureau. Additionally, she has held member and leadership roles in groups such as the Green Umbrella, the Greater Cincinnati Region Food Policy Council and the Local Food Action Team. Her background and skill set have made her a valuable resource for start-up nonprofits.
Elaine Dickhoner
Solving conflict through mediation, arbitration, and training has guided Elaine Dickhoner’s professional life for the past twenty years. As the owner and senior mediator of The Conflict Management Group, she specializes in healthcare and eldercare. Earlier in her career, Elaine was heavily involved in nonprofit endeavors. At the Nonprofit Network, she led more than 300 workshops on nonprofit topics, including fund development, marketing, and volunteer management. During her tenure at the Franciscan Health System, she held progressive positions culminating in being named Vice President and COO of the Franciscan System Foundation. Earlier in her career, she was an educator and curriculum designer.
Linda Neenan
In 2001, Linda founded and became the Executive Director of iSPACE. By the time she retired in 2017, the agency had evolved from a home-based nonprofit to a vibrant organization serving more than 30,000 clients each year. The Better Business Bureau recognized her skills when iSPACE was named the Torch Award Winner for MarketPlace Ethics in 2014. She also was named one of the Cincinnati Enquirer’s Women of the Year in 2014 and received the Business Courier Second Act Award in 2016. Earlier in her career, Linda was the Executive Director for Sycamore Schools Foundation, where she applied her fundraising skills. She also is a former educator.
