The Nonprofit Leadership Institute (NLI) is a premier professional development resource offered by OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence. NLI offers specialized leadership training programs tailored to various levels of nonprofit professionals. For over 12 years, we have been serving the Cincinnati area, equipping many of today’s nonprofit leaders with essential skills. Thanks to generous grant underwriting, our programs are very affordable, making them accessible to nonprofits of all sizes.

Our mission is to empower individuals at all levels to become exceptional leaders and managers. This, in turn, helps nonprofit organizations deliver superior services and benefits to the communities they serve.

PROGRAMS

EXCEL is a 9-month executive leadership development program aimed at Executive Directors, other C-suite executives and those high promise leaders who report to the executive team, providing in-depth training to enhance leadership and management skills.  LEARN MORE.

The ADVANCE program targets supervisors at any level, focusing on developing effective supervisory and leadership abilities.  This program is most relevant for first-time managers of people within their first one to three years as a people leader.  LEARN MORE.

BUILD is designed for the founders and leaders of new and growing nonprofits to provide the essentials for a strong foundation and catalyzing growth to the next level. LEARN MORE.
